The Jurassic World franchise is set to continue with Jurassic World: Rebirth, a highly anticipated film scheduled for release on July 2, 2025. The story follows Zora Bennett, a covert operative played by Scarlett Johansson, who is recruited by a pharmaceutical company for a dangerous mission. Alongside a paleontologist, Dr. Henry Loomis (Jonathan Bailey), and team leader Duncan Kincaid (Mahershala Ali), she must track down three massive prehistoric creatures on a mysterious island. Their DNA holds the key to a groundbreaking medical discovery, but the mission soon turns into a survival nightmare when they encounter genetically mutated dinosaurs that have evolved in isolation.
Filming took place in Thailand, Malta, and the UK, with the production team aiming to capture the spirit of the original Jurassic Park while introducing new elements. The film’s first trailer, released in February 2025, showcased breathtaking visuals and intense action sequences. A Super Bowl TV spot further increased excitement among fans.
